For all cancellations, a minimum $25 fee will be assessed. Cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation will be charged in full unless the room is re-booked for the reservation dates, in which case only the $25 fee will apply. For group reservations (3 or more rooms) cancellation must be received 21 days in advance.
